Settled along the Delaware River, the Ramsaysburg Historic Homestead in Knowlton Township is a picturesque location for sparking creativity. Join other artists there on Saturday, June 22, for the Annual Plein Air Painting & Photography Day.
This relaxing Artists’ Outing will run 10 a.m.-3 p.m. with a potluck lunch in the barn at 1 p.m.
Bring your easel and paints, camera, lawn chair, water, and any other materials you need to take advantage of the spectacular river views, intimate woodland landscapes, and historic homes nestled in the Homestead.
The Ramsaysburg Historic Homestead is the site of a tract of land settled in 1795 by the Ramsays, Irish immigrants. The 12-acre historical preserve includes original buildings dating back to the 1800s. The Homestead is located along the banks of the Delaware River at 140 Route 46 in Delaware, NJ.
