The Warren Hills National Honor Society held the 5th annual Relay for Life at Warren Hills earlier this month and it was a huge success as 214 participants registered and NHS raised over $19,700 for the American Cancer Society.
To start things off, NHS Officers, Savanah Uhrig, Nick Paruta, Kieran Bonsignore and Joseph Basile provided information about the event followed by Cheryl Weissman telling her survivor story. The Relay begain with a Survivor Lap followed by everyone participating in a KickOff Lap.
Other events included:Water Balloon Toss, Soccer tournament, Hula Hoop Contest, Cornhole tournament, Yoga, Three Legged Race, Zumba, Red White and Blue lap, Flag Football, Frat Boi Lap, Lip Sync Battle and Sack Races.
