Employees of non-profit organizations and those seeking to boost their resume and broaden skills are ideal candidates to attend Warren County Community College’s upcoming Grant Writing Seminars.
Grant Writing Seminar I: The Nuts & Bolts, takes place on Friday, Sept. 23, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This course provides attendees with an overview of grant writing from start to finish.
Grant Writing Seminar II: Comprehensive Approach to Writing & Winning Grants, a perfect follow-up to the first seminar, is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 7 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The second seminar goes much more in-depth and the scope of what is involved, from budgeting to outcomes. Those who may already have a general understanding of grant writing are eligible to sign up for the second seminar.
Both courses will be held at the college’s Phillipsburg Education Center, 445 Marshall Street. The cost of each seminar is $75.
