The 3rd Annual Washington Celebrates America Parade Marshal Reception, honoring this year’s Marshal, Marian Bredin, is scheduled for Saturday June 26 starting at 12 noon at the Draught House in Washington. Tickets are just $30 each which includes a buffet lunch. All proceeds from the fundraiser go directly to Washington Celebrates America, which celebrates July 4th with a parade, fireworks, and early in the day, an Orange Crate Derby. The old-fashioned parade steps off at 3 p.m. and runs along Belvidere Avenue and Broad Street.
