The Washington Business Improvement District truly appreciated the work of John Monteverde, its Executive Director for the past four years. John officially retired at the end of April. Board President Ellen Perkins recently presented John with a plaque recognizing his efforts. On behalf of the Board, Perkins wished him all the best in his retirement.
