The show will go on!
Unfortunately due to the coronavirus pandemic Washington Business Improvement District’s Annual Warren County Arts, Crafts and Music Festival, originally scheduled for May 9, has been postponed. However, the event is now going to be combined with Washington’s annual Green Fest on Saturday June 20.
“These are difficult times, but we didn’t want to let our artisans, shoppers and music fans down so we came up with the concept of combining two great events into one,” said Melanie Thiel, Executive Director of the Washington BID. “It’s going to be a sort of two for the price of one day in Downtown Washington!”
The Warren County Arts, Crafts and Music Festival features terrific artwork from artisans in the region, kids activities, and plenty of music. Plenty of music may be an understatement! The new combined musical line-up:
- 10 to 10:50, Rt. 80 Crabgrass
- 11:05-12:05, Maribyrd
- 12:20-1:20, Harry Noble Band
- 1:35-2:35, Gypsy Funk Squad
- 2:50-3:50, Clouds in my Coffee (Carly Simon/Carole King Tribute)
- 4:05-5:15, The Emulators.
The Green Fest typically includes an array of environmentally friendly vendors, activities, and other great stuff. Additionally, June 20 marks the opening of Washington’s weekly Farmers’ Market season.
