Monika Hamburger of Hamburger Holdings was recently re-elected President of the Washington Business Improvement District. Also re-elected were Ed Rossi, Rossi Chevrolet Buick GMC and Jeff Smith, Smith Motor Company, Vice Presidents, Greg Fliegauf, Fliegauf Jewelers, Treasurer, and as Secretary, newcomer to the Board, Michael F. Yates of Michael F. Yates & Company. At the last board meeting, new board members Vincent Ianelli of Pasta Grill by Enzo, Ellen Perkins of Gaia’s Gifts, Tim Jebara of Washington Reserve, and Thomas P.
