The Washington Business Improvement District’s Annual Recognition Dinner on Feb. 6 brought out the Who’s Who of Washington as the WBID honored Frank Blanche as the Business Person of the Year, Lost Ladies Grill as the Business of the Year, Paige and Thomas Charette, owners of Park Street Consignment, who were cited with the Redevelopment Award, and Dave Butler as the Community Partner. Also recognized was Warren County Dental Center for their efforts with Operation Jersey Cares.
