Congratulations to the Washington Business Improvement District’s fabulous Hometown Holiday Business Decorating Contest winners!

So many great windows to see, the voting committee had a tough time choosing the best ones. See the winners below!

One display did stand out from the others—that was the window at Serendipity on East Washington Avenue. Created in part by consumers of the Arc of Warren County, which runs the gift shop, the holiday scene features many of the businesses of Downtown Washington!

Serendipity won the Best Window Decorating Contest and was also overwhelmingly chosen as the winner of the People’s Choice Award.

Meanwhile, Headliners captured the Most Welcoming prize with its Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer-inspired display, featuring characters from the classic claymation movie!

And David Santini CPA was picked as the Around the Borough winner. The display used stars, ornaments, and blue garland to create an elegant design.

One thing is clear: the businesses of Washington Borough know how to show their true holiday spirit!
