Warren Hills Regional High School is inviting the public to take part in its first annual Cornhole Tournament to benefit low-income athletes.
Hosted by Teams4Kids, a new student club at Warren Hills that raises money to help low-income students participate in sports, the tournament will take place on Saturday, Nov. 30, noon-4 p.m., at Meadow Breeze Park (22 Meadow Breeze Lane in Washington). In the case of inclement weather, the tournament will be held in the high school (41 Jackson Valley Road).
Registration is now open for this fun, competitive event. Teams can register online or day of the event, if space allows. Prices per two-person team are $20 in advance or $30 day of. All ages are encouraged to participate.
Not a cornhole player? No problem! Come and root on the teams, enjoy lunch from a local food truck, and have a good time supporting a great cause.
Space is limited to 50 teams on a first come first serve basis. To register, please contact Sarah Kaufman, faculty advisor, at kaufmans@warrenhills.org.
