A Tri Mountain Lake Sprint Triathlon to support The Arc of Warren County will start at 8 a.m., Saturday, July 16 at Mountain Lake in Liberty Township.

The triathlon includes a ¼ mile swim, a 15-mile bike ride and a three-mile run and is a USAT sanctioned triathlon with teams or individuals welcome to participate. DASH Multisport, LLC partners with The Arc of Warren County to present the event.

Admission to participate is $110 for individuals and $75 per person for teams of three. A new run only option has been added for $25.

“We are extremely pleased to offer a fun morning for fitness enthusiasts once again,” says John Whitehead, CEO of The Arc of Warren County. “This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery of nature and the lake and participate in a local triathlon.”
