Representatives of the 24th and 23rd Legislative Districts recently presented Christopher Maier, owner of Land of Make Believe in Hope, with a New Jersey Joint Legislative Resolution honoring the park, which was recognized in a national article published last month, as one of the Most Iconic Amusement Parks in America. Land of Make Believe was the only one in New Jersey so honored in the story. Additionally, the resolution cited Land of Make Believe’s importance to the tourism industry in not only Northwest New Jersey, but throughout the state.
