Warren County Community College’s Small Business Growth Center is holding an open house for prospective tenants on Tuesday, Feb. 21. The space, located at 445 Marshall Street in Phillipsburg, is designed for small entrepreneurs looking to jumpstart their business.
The Small Business Growth Business Center at the college’s Phillipsburg Education Center assists new and emerging businesses with an opportunity to expand without being burdened with high overhead costs.
Affordable lease options include utilities and a number of shared amenities, such as a large and small conference room, copier, fax, and Wi-Fi. Available spaces range in size from 100 to 286 square feet.
The open house includes a tour of the Small Business Growth Center and an opportunity to discuss leasing and other benefits with college officials. Special lease incentives will be offered to prospective tenants during the event.
The Small Business Growth Center helps new businesses keep costs down and allows savings to be invested in the business, not on high rent or services, says Eve Azar, Vice President of Corporate and Continuing Education. For example, she notes, it is ideal for someone who needs a smaller office, but wants the luxury of a conference room down the hall.
