Wear your wildest derby attire January 26 and enjoy a Night at the Races, a Kentucky Derby Fundraiser, at historical Rutherfurd Hall in Allamuchy.

Benefitting the Rutherfurd Hall Foundation, the event will include all the marks of a true Kentucky Derby gathering. Use funny money to bet on races shown on-screen as you sip prosecco in your most dashing clothing. A special prize will be awarded to the best Derby Hat.

Tickets are $50 per person and includes passed hors d’oeuvres, catered by David’s Country Inn, wine, prosecco, beer, and a signature cocktail. Coffee and dessert will also be served.

The event opens its ‘gates’ at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26. The first race starts promptly at 7:30 p.m. A snow date of Saturday, Feb. 2, has been planned in case of inclement weather.

Additional activities include a Tricky Tray and 50/50 raffle. Sponsor and name a horse for an additional $50 and receive a ticket for a Grand Prize Drawing. If your horse wins, you receive an additional ticket for the drawing.
