Warren County government is asking businesses to “donate, but not deplete” supplies needed by area health care facilities due to COVID-19.

“More than ever, we must do all that we can to protect our healthcare professionals who are putting themselves at risk to care for those affected by COVID-19,” said Freeholder James R. Kern III, health and public safety liaison.

Personal protective items being sought include:

–        Surgical Masks

–        N95 Respirators

–        Disposable Gowns

–        Disposable Face Shields

–        Eye protectors

–        Nitrile Gloves

–        Latex Gloves

–        Antiseptic Wipes

–        HEPA Filters / Air Scrubbers

Businesses such as nail salons, barber shops and hair salons, dental offices, and any other business that can supply these products – particularly ones that are closed temporarily – could help fight the shortage of these items by donating them now.

Businesses should “donate, but don’t deplete” their supplies, County Administrator Alex Lazorisak said, as the County wants businesses to be able to reopen when the time comes.
