Perfect weather, great music, shoppers abound, good eats and lots and lots of fun at Washington’s 20^th Annual Festival in the Borough on Saturday Sept. 21. Three stages of music, kids activities, vendors made for an all-day, all-night event that attracted thousands of people to Downtown Washington. Among the performers here were the JerZgirls, Rick Houston and Katie Henry of the Katie Henry Band jamming with Jonathan Fritz.
