State Assemblyman John DiMaio (right) recently presented Joseph Mattar, whose family owns Panther Valley Golf & Country Club, a resolution from the state recognizing the club on its 50th anniversary. Assemblyman DiMaio presented the resolution on behalf of the legislators from the 23rd and 24th Districts.
