Warren County Library System is now accepting the return of library material loans through branch exterior book returns. Those with library books, DVDs, and other materials from before the libraries closed for the pandemic should return them as soon as possible.

In light of the pandemic, no overdue fees have been accrued up to this point. Overdue fees will restart in July.

Each item returned will remain in quarantine for at least 72 hours before checking them back in. Once the item has been received, no fees will be accrued for the quarantine period.

If you have any questions about the new book return process, please use the “Ask a Question” feature on the library website, warrenlib.com.

Summer Reading 2020

The library system’s popular Summer Reading Program has returned! Launching June 15, library patrons of all ages can register for weekly prizes and fun.

This year’s theme is “Imagine Your Story,” encouraging readers to “embrace our whimsical side.” For age groups are available: Little Dreamers (babies-age 2), Kids (3-5th grade), Teens (Entering 6th grade-high school), Adults (18 and up).

Readers will log their books in an online system, Beanstack, this year, to earn points and badges. To register for this event, visit its event page.
