Three incumbents were recently re-elected to the Washington Borough Business Improvement District’s Board of Directors, while three newcomers were selected and joined the board in January.
Incumbents re-elected are Bob Dell Elba in the Owners of Assessed Apartment/Commercial Property category, Monika Hamburger of ComForcare and the current board president, and Jeff Smith of the Smith Motor Company.
Hamburger was once again chosen as the President of the Board at the January meeting, with Ed Rossi of Rossi Chevrolet Buick GMC continuing as Vice President along with fellow Vice President Jeff Smith. Newcomers to the Executive Board are Greg Fliegauf of Fliegauf Jewelers, Treasurer, and Janelle Miele, Stew’s Auto Body, Secretary.
Newly elected to the regular board are Michael Yates of Yates & Co., joining Hamburger from the the Business Owners Who Own Their Own Property division, Lee Hill of Arcana Toys & Games (joining Smith) in the Professional Business Operators At-Large category, and Douglas Jerman of ALBEA Americas, picked in the Industrial Business Owner/Operator bracket.
In addition, former board members Stan Prater of JCP&L and Tracy Fazzolari of Home Instead Senior Care re-joined the board, filling two open slots.
