Music galore, dozens of vendors, food, a beer garden, rides, and a Kids Fun Area are all part of the Annual Festival in the Borough, the region’s largest music and street festival, scheduled this year for Saturday Sept. 23, takes place in Downtown Washington from 11 a.m. til 10 p.m.
The event features three stages of music, featuring local and national acts such as the Brian Dean Moore Band, Too Stupid To Quit, the JerZgirls, the John Ginty Band, Santana Tribute Band Jingo, Above Ground Blues Band, Skyla Burrell Band (photo), and Dizaster Horse. Ginty’s band is coming off a U.S. Tour. In addition to his own band, Ginty often tours with the Dixie Chicks. A true showman, Ginty is among the world’s premier B-3 Hammond organ players.
