Local favorites have always been a big part of the Washington Business Improvement Districts’s Festival in the Borough. This year will be no different. The JerZgirls, Diana Dove, Folk Out Da Way, Steve Kirchuk and the Mr. T Band are among the local standouts on tap for this year’s event, scheduled for Sept. 21. The Festival in the Borough, the largest music and street festival in Northwest New Jersey, is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.
