This December, the halls of Historic Rutherfurd Hall in Allamuchy will be decked for the holidays as a full month of programming takes place! Celebrate the season listening to great jazz and a free a cappella concert, among other fun family and 21+ activities!

On Saturday, Dec. 1, a free day of family fun begins at noon. See the mansion classically decorated for the holiday season and take part in photo ops with Santa, listen to live music, make holiday crafts, and much more! On Sunday, enjoy a free a cappella concert, thanks to the generous support of the Friends of Rutherfurd Hall. Local, talented high school groups will perform holiday favorites.

Sunday, Dec. 9, savor the sweet sounds of award-winning tenor jazz saxophonist & record producer, Houston Person.  He will be accompanied by the Dave Leonhardt Trio.

Wednesday, Dec. 12, unwind from holiday stress with Meditation for the Holidays. An optional gentle yoga session precedes the meditation.

Holiday Paint Night is being Thursday, Dec. 13. Kids’ Paint Night will be in one room and Adult Wine and Paint Night (BYOB) in another. Both include all supplies, professional instruction, and a Philly Pretzel platter. The event’s painting will be holiday themed.

Finally, save the date for the fourth annual First Night Warren, from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 31. The evening will include live entertainment, food vendors, and a fireworks show. The event is family friendly.
