Now, Land of Make Believe will soon be bestowed with another major recognition, of being the World’s Greatest. The nationally televised “World’s Greatest!…” segment will air on Bloomberg TV on Aug. 17, and again on Aug. 24.

This recognition is another major accomplishment for Land of Make Believe, located in picturesque Warren County in the valley of the historic Jenny Jump Moutain near Routes 80, 46 and 78. Earlier this summer the park was named the Best Amusement Park in New Jersey in a feature article on MSN.com.

The Land of Make Believe will be aired at 2 p.m. August 17 and 24, on Bloomberg TV (On DirecTV:  Channel 353; On DISH Network:  Channel 203, and various Cable TV outlets).

The entire segment can be found on the “Free Episode” page, at https://www.worldsgreatesttelevision.com, after August 24.

It will be temporarily also be on streaming platforms Roku and Amazon Firestick after Aug. 24, as well.

“From the first day we opened, Land of Make Believe has been dedicated to traditional family values and the highest standard of safe, clean, wholesome and affordable fun, and most importantly, a very special place,” said Christopher Maier, whose family has owned the park since its inception in 1954. “We can’t wait to share this great news with everyone. What a way to celebrate 70 years of making memories for thousands of Families!”

Indeed, Land of Make Believe has been attracting tens of thousands of families every year, who come to the park for its uniquely country feel that offers rides for the whole family, thrill rides roller coasters, safari adventures, and its massive Pirate-themed water park which includes slides, a huge wading pool, an action river tubing experience, a pirate ship and more.  Additionally,  nearly everything is covered with one price. Plus parking is free and guests can bring their own food and picnic inside the park.

Land of Make Believe, which was designed to have rides and attractions in mind for the whole family, offers excitement for young ones, teens, parents and grandparents, too!

“We offer something special – you might say different – at Land of Make Believe,” said Maier. “We really make an extra effort for our guests to have an unforgettable experience of safe, wholesome and affordable family fun. We want them to remember us and come back the next year and the year after. It’s not unusual on a given day to see three generations of a family to come together for a return visit to the park. I don’t know how many times I hear a mother or grandmother say ‘we remember when’….”
