What is a Key Performance Indicator and how can it help measure the success of your business?
The Mount Olive Area Chamber of Commerce’s November Lunch ‘N Learn focuses on finding key performance indicators with your business and how it relates to success.
The luncheon is set for Tuesday Nov. 28 at Mamas Restaurant and Cafe Baci, Mountain Avenue, Hackettstown, from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Titled, “Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – How They Can Help You Measure Organizational, Process and Human Performance,” this seminar will be extremely informative to those owners looking to assess their business’ short and long-term progress.
According to David Wight of Performance Leadership Systems, the featured speaker for this event, “It’s easy to measure a company’s performance…we do it all the time. Measuring that performance over a period of time, however, that’s a little more difficult. You have business goals and results you want your company to achieve, but how do you tell if you’re moving in the right direction?”
He adds that neither hope nor going by your “gut” is an effective strategy.
Whether you’re the owner of a small business or part a department in a bigger company. What are some of the basic rules for deciding what KPIs you should use? How easily available is the data you want to track? Who is going to do it? How expensive is it going to be. These are just some of the questions that’ll be answered in this Lunch & Learn.
Cost for “Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – How They Can Help You Measure Organizational, Process and Human Performance,” is just $15 for MOACC members and $20 for non-members if pre-paid. Otherwise, $5 more at the door. Reserve your spot today for this hugely timely topic at www.mountolivechambernj.com.
