A day earlier this week brought out the smiles on both humans and canines at Meadow Breeze Park in Washington Township. Although somewhat overcast, it was pleasantly and most invitingly warm out – Henry was wearing the heaviest coat of all!

Jeff Paliscak, from Washington, walked his four year old Australian Shepherd Henry (who has the most beautiful bright blue eyes!). Jeff and Henry can often be found outside Warren County Liquors fundraising with the Knights of Columbus for homeless veterans. Henry is a most gregarious ambassador, he actually has a following at the site. People bring him Milk Bones and leave generous donations for the vets.

Kim Anderson, from White Township, walked her one year old Great Dane Chevy. Kim and Chevy share a daily hike around the park. Chevy is a beautiful big girl with glossy black fur and just a touch of white on her chest.

It may be cold and snowy, but that doesn’t you can’t make the most of it!
