Katee Inscho, of Liberty Township, was recently named 4-H Warren County’s Sr. Equestrian of the Year. An active member of 4-H, she recently was among those who represented the Warren County Equine Science Team at the annual NJ State 4-H Horse Bowl Contest in Burlington County and attended the North Jersey Teen Conference.
