Rutherfurd Hall’s lecture series returns Wednesday, Aug. 28, with “Sleepless in Seattle: How to get a good night’s sleep!”
According to Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. James R. Fedich, more than 40 million people have chronic sleep problems with many more experiencing occasional issues. Not getting a restful sleep leads to sleep deprivation, which can detrimentally affect numerous aspects of life.
Join Dr. Fedich and Rutherfurd Hall for a free, informative lecture at 7 p.m. on Aug. 28 to learn about ways to improve sleep quality. The lecture will last about an hour and will include a question and answer session as well as tea and light snacks. No reservation is required.
Dr. James R. Fedich, DC, is the clinic director at Village Family Clinic. He has been practicing in Allamuchy since 2003.
Rutherfurd Hall is located at 1686 County Route 517, near the Route 80 on-ramp.
