The Hope Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a special event on Thursday May 31 that will focus on what’s happening economically and plenty of it is good – in the area.

The meeting will be held at the People’s Meeting House at the Inn at Millrace Pond in Hope. The meeting is free and begins at 7 p.m. All are welcome.

Featured speakers will include President of the Realty Board and Hope Committeeman John Kruk. Kruk will talk about what’s happening with local economy  and how it’s translating into good things for local businesses.  There will be specific ideas on how  businesses can take advantage of this upward trend. There will also be ample time for discussion and questions and answers on this very important economic situation.
