Lots of great costumes at Hometown Halloween in Downtown Washington this week. In the costume contest, Ryligh Egerer, dressed as a peacock, was the individual winner. The winning group was the Higgins Family, Kate and Mike (mom and dad), and children Miles and Max, standing, and Madison with mom. In the “pet contest”, “The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, joined by their “parents” Skylar and Angie Torciello, got the top prize with their dogs Maddie, Cody, Apollo and Zack!  Photos by Cathy Miller
