Heritage Detective To Present Hunt Family Research

Annette Burke Lyttle, the Heritage Detective, presents her research on the Hunt family of Burlington County on Zoom sponsored by the Warren County Library on Wednesday, March 23, at 6:30 p.m.

Burle Lyttle operates professional genealogy and family history services including research, coaching, education and writing and presents some of her research.

The Hunt family story is an example of Burke Lyttle’s research into Quakers and their migration routes. Successful Quaker research requires a familiarity with typical Quaker migration routes, and no two Quaker migration events are the same. This was true for the Hunts who covered a lot of ground. Burke Lyttle follows the family from New Jersey to Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, and on to Ohio, then moving again to Indiana, Illinois, and Iowa. This case study will also identify when and where the family ceased to be members of the Society of Friends.
