Parade Line Up and Costume Contest will be at 2:00 p.m. at Centenary University on West Moore St.

Parade: 3:00 p.m. to the Main Street Gazebo, where kids will be able to receive candy from Mars Wrigley, a gift from Hackettstown Stormwater Management, Atlantic Health System/Hackettstown Medical Center, and WRNJ Radio, as well as a free pumpkin from Donaldson Farms. (All while supplies last.)
