Hackettstown Medical Center lit up the sky and more this past Saturday when it held its 3rd Annual Holiday Lights Festival.
The night included a campus-wide tree lighting, fireworks, free children’s activities, and of course, Santa Claus, who arrived by helicopter.
The free community event was sponsored by the Foundation for Hackettstown Medical Center and Advanced Care Oncology and Hematology Associates.
Each year, the Holiday Lights Festival celebrates those who have made a positive impact toward the progress of Hackettstown Medical Center. This year’s honorees were the Knechel and Bahnuk families – four generations who have shown dedicated support of Hackettstown Medical Center, including the famous Bucket Brigade fund raising effort of the 1960’s and the founding of the Joan Knechel Cancer Center.
