The Hackettstown Business Improvement District will present a Zoom workshop on the graphic design platform Canava on Monday, Nov.15 from noon to 1 p.m.

Presenters are from the Enactus Business Consulting Team from Centenary University, students Skylar Burns and Serena Buchan.

Canava is a graphic design platform used to create social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents and other visual content. The workshop will cover basic use of Canava as a business tool with live, step-by-step content creation and will include demonstrations for beginners. It is open to the public and business owners.

Burns is a business administration major with a concentration in social media marketing. She graduates at the end of this semester and hopes to start her own business. Buchan is a senior performance studies major with dual concentrations in musical theatre and dance with a minor in social media marketing. She is looking at a career in the entertainment industry.
