Project Self-Sufficiency presents a series of three online workshops on financial literacy on three Thursdays, May 12, 19 and June 2 from 6 to 7 p.m.
Workshops will help attendees understand credit scores, setting up checking accounts, and establishing budgets and setting financial goals and will address credit scores, credit reports, checking and savings account, credit cards, loans, lines of credit, financial goals, and overcoming debt. They are free and open to the public. Interested participants are invited to call Project Self-Sufficiency, 973-940-3500, to obtain log-in details. They are a program of the Sussex County Family Success Center at Project Self-Sufficiency. Project Self-Sufficiency presents virtual Family Law seminar on Wednesday, May 18, at 6 p.m. will be with attorney Anne Gacquin. Participants will discuss child support, grounds for divorce, court procedures, alimony, parenting time, equitable distribution of assets, and other topics related to divorce.
