Home Instead Senior Care of Warren and Hunterdon Counties, with The United Methodist Church in Washington, are pairing to present “Senior Nutrition and Mealtime.”

This free educational workshop will be Thursday, Oct. 13, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the church.

The presentation will review 10 warning signs that may signal to family members that seniors living alone are neglecting to eat or don’t take the time to make their favorite foods.
