Stan Prater, Area Manager for JCP&L (right), presents Rich McDonnell, Executive Director of the Family Guidance Center in Warren County, with a check from JCP&L’s First Energy Foundation for $1000 to be used for programs and services of FGCWC.  The Family Guidance Center has been quietly serving the area for over 60 years, playing an important role in the community. It is dedicated to improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by problems related to mental illness, substance abuse, family conflict or emotional adjustment.
