The Festival in the Borough, presented by the Washington Business Improvement District on Saturday Sept. 18, featured music from morning til night with three stages of musical acts including national recording artists The Smithereens (pictured above), Australian blues rocker Kara Grainger, Katie Henry Band, Kinderhook, Southbound, JerZgirls, Bobby Harden Band, Flexible Flyers and many more. The family friendly event also included free children’s activities, vendors, food, and a beer garden.
