Some of the best-loved Disney songs will be heard at the Warren County Community Singers Cabaret Café on Saturday, Oct. 13, at Grace Lutheran Church, Roseberry Street, Phillipsburg.

The Singers, a non-audition, group under the direction of Hunter Chadeayne, presents the Cabaret each autumn. Laura Rader, pictured, is the accompanist for the Warren County Children’s Chorus. Previous cabarets have featured show tunes, doo-wop, songs from movies and love songs.

The Cabaret will begin at 7:30 p.m. Singers perform solo and in small groups and provide coffee and desserts. Come to hear some great singing.

Suggested donation is $10.

In later news, WCCS will hold its Winterfest of Music the 2nd weekend of December. On Saturday, Dec. 8, the concert is at 7:30pm at Grace Lutheran Church in Phillipsburg and on Sunday, Dec. 9, it is held at the First Presbyterian Church in Washington at 3pm, where the group rehearses every Tuesday evening from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. The singers also sponsor the Warren County Children’s Chorus. The children rehearse from 6:30 to 7:30 before the adult rehearsal. Both groups will perform their Springfest of Music in early May.
