The Domestic Abuse and Sexual Assault Crisis Center (DASACC) of Warren County is seeking donations of gift cards for its 11th Annual Holiday Shoppe, which provides free holiday gifts to all Warren County residents in need. The Holiday Shoppe will be open by appointment only from Thursday, December 7th to Saturday, December 9th, 2023.

The Shoppe has all community members’ morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments. This event is open to the public.

“We want to embrace the spirit of giving this holiday season as we come together for our Holiday Shoppe event, where every donation can be a twinkling light of hope in someone’s Christmas celebration,” said Isela Arras, Executive Director of DASACC.

We would welcome donations by appointment at DASACC’s Outreach Center at 29B Broad Street in Washington, NJ.

For almost 40 years, DASACC has been providing services to survivors of interpersonal violence throughout the greater Warren County community. In addition to the annual Holiday Shoppe, the Domestic Abuse & Sexual Assault Crisis Center of Warren County provides safe emergency shelter and runs a 24/7 hotline and response teams. The agency also provides:

• Legal advocacy
• Community education and prevention
• Individual and group counseling in English, Spanish and ASL
• Professional community training and awareness

Last year, DASACC’s Holiday Shoppe event served approximately 250 families by providing holiday gifts. We couldn’t have done that without the community support.
