Charlie’s photo of the week reminds photographers to always be at the ready in spring!

Taken last year in my front yard, I had just walked out my front door and just happened to notice this fawn, all alone, comfortably resting, AND he stayed that way even after my intrusion into his world!!  Just something I like about this photo, maybe it is the calm and confident look, a young animal, just taking all in and seemingly at total comfort in his brand new world!!  Haven’t seen any does with fawns yet,  BUT, they will be coming out, along with all the other members of the Spring of 2019’s New Generation!!

SPRING, a beautiful and wonderful time of year!!  A renewal of life and the beginning of a brand new generation!!  We all have been enjoying the beautiful burst of colors from our early blooming trees, shrubs and flowers, gently followed by the more gradual greening of our surroundings!!  Now we can anticipate and enjoy, Mother Nature’s annual introduction and presentation of 2019’s New Generation of Wildlife!! 

Enough said, Spring needs no further introduction!!  REMEMBER TO KEEP YOUR CAMERA READY!!!
