The Women in Business Committee of the Mount Olive Area Chamber of Commerce is taking on “mind management” – in a good way! For those who want to organize their lives better, the Tuesday Feb. 13 meeting is a winner.
The event takes place from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Jersey Girl Brewery in Mount Olive.
The meeting, part of the women’s group’s monthly meeting, features Gail Kreitzer, founder of Dashboarding™ Mind Management. Her unique approach to stress management through this program will be offered to attendees. Kreitzer asks,“Stressed out by everything you have to do, keep track of and think about? Are you ‘doing it all’ mainly because you do not know how to do less?”
In this informative event attendees will learn a more effective way to manage all the moving parts of one’s busy life and focus on priorities. During this fast-paced and interactive presentation, discover Dashboarding™ Mind Management, a unique and visual approach to personal organization that will help one live with less stress and greater intention. Kreitzer, who provides customized organizational training programs at businesses and schools, will teach one how to declutter your mind, create one master daily plan and stay connected to your top priorities across all areas of your life (work, family, health, finances and more!).
Kreitzer founded The Little Big Things, LLC., a company that provides organizational products and services for reducing anxiety and fostering personal empowerment. She ultimately developed her visual and intuitive approach to prioritizing called Dashboarding™ Mind Management and then created a unique life management tool called My Dashboard® Planner. Prior to starting her own company, she was a human resources professional in the marketing/advertising industry.
