A New Year’s business tradition, the Mount Olive Area Chamber of Commerce’s 13th Annual Breakfast With The Mayors, is scheduled for Tuesday morning Feb. 5.
Mount Olive Township Mayor Rob Greenbaum and Hackettstown Mayor Maria DiGiovanni will highlight their respective town’s business accomplishments and the overall business climate in their towns in 2018, and update chamber members and members of the business community at-large on what to expect and what the goals are for 2019.
As part of the meeting, there will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions. Chamber President Harry Browne will also take the opportunity to discuss the Chamber’s role with township leaders and other Chamber initiatives for 2019, and introduce the new Chamber Leadership Team for this year.
The meeting is open to the business community at-large, as well as the general public.
The breakfast meeting is being presented and hosted by the Longhorn Steakhouse at ITC Crossing, starting at 7:30 a.m. Cost is $20 in advance, $25 at the door for Chamber members and $30 for guests.
The Chamber invites all businesses to become members. Among the member benefits are complimentary or discounted fees for various luncheons and meetings. Marketing in the Morning, for example, is a complimentary benefit to members of the Chamber ($10 for all others), taking place the 3rd Wednesday morning of every month from 7:15 to 9 a.m. at locations around the area. The Chamber also provides a monthly program for the area Young Professionals to meet and network at a variety of locations, as well as a monthly Women’s Professionals group, which meets the second Tuesday of every month.
