The 10th Annual Hackettstown St. Patrick’s Day Parade, presented by the Hackettstown Business Improvement District, took place yesterday on a cool sunny day. The parade included Scouts, Fire and Rescue vehicles, Mummers, great floats and more, with the Grand Marshal, Ed Shellman, leading the way.
