Besides good food, the Inn at Millrace Pond in Hope offers up a diverse group of servers. Left to right, Emma Skeffington-Palmieri, from Blairstown, attends the County College of Morris, majoring in human services; Layla Goordman, from Blairstown, gracefully executes high-flying performances using aerial silks in the tri-state area, and also deejays a Sunday radio show in Allentown; and Renée Wagner, from Hope, has worked at the Inn at Millrace Pond for 17 years and she also offers guided trail horseback-riding during the day. All three women are servers/bartenders at the Inn – that they bartend their own drinks is unique.
